The first person pronouns used in this policy refers to Craig Hesser. Second person pronouns in this document refer to the user or viewer of the website or websites in question. “CFW” in this document refers to Copywriting for Websites.
Like many other webmasters, CFW makes use of log files. The information inside the log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. I may collect personally identifiable information, including names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. I, however, only obtain that information, when you and my other visitors voluntarily submit it. If that information is provided to me, it is done so to help me fulfil your request for information or products. The information is only used to fulfil that request, unless you give me specific permission to use it in some other manner.

I may share information with governmental agencies or other companies if they are assisting me in fraud prevention or investigation. I do this only when it is permitted or required by law for me to do so, or when I am trying to protect against or prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions, or when I am investigating fraud that has already taken place. The information is not provided to any company or organisation for marketing purposes.
Your personally identifiable information that you provide to me is kept secure. Only authorized agents, contractors, and employees, who have also agreed to keep information shared with them confidential, may access this information. Any email or newsletters sent to you through my website are those that you requested or agreed to receive, and each one will allow you the option of opting out of further mailings.
When I retain your personal information, you have the right to have this information disclosed to you (upon proper identification) and to correct, add to, or delete the information if you so desire. It is the your responsibility to maintain this information current at all times by informing me of your desires and the changes in your information at my contact email address.
